Too bad you missed the Story to Play Writers Retreat in Montana.  We're working with a very talented writer from Mississippi whose stories have a great regional voice with universal appeal.  We are hoping she will have three of her stories adapted into play form for our April/May marketing to educational and community theaters.  Seems there are more writers that write short stories than plays.  We'll do our best to guide you through the process of adapting your stories to plays if we think you have something we're interested in publishing.

Rebecca did a great job of helping me adapt three of my short stories to a 10-minute play format. It was fun, sparked a new creative interest and helped me understand more about the process of playwriting. I encourage anyone who loves to write stories, in whatever form, to use a 10-minute play format to try out playwriting.
