Colleen Neuman wrote her first play when she had the opportunity to write a radio drama for Wisconsin Public Radio. Since then her plays have been produced in both the amateur and professional markets and are published by Heartland Plays, Dramatic Publishing, Concord Theatricals and Houghton Mifflin, among others. Her work has won various awards including a Distinguished Play Award from the American Alliance for Theatre and Education.
