Charlie has his doubts but his wife, Sophie, is all in. Sophie must convince Charlie they are doing the right thing, not only to save their very way of life but to protect little boys like their 3-year-old son Bobby from being hauled away on a one-way ticket to Tallahassee (Remember “Don’t say gay”?) or see their precious little girl imprisoned in Texas? Of course they don’t have a little girl, but in case they did and she got pregnant at 12? Well, you see Sophie’s reasoning. But when Charlie accidentally opens the door to the toilet, has he inadvertently killed democracy?!
